Level 1 Inspection – A basic visual check of all readily accessible areas of your chimney and fireplace system. We confirm the structure is sound, free of obstructions, and that there are no visible signs of damage or combustible deposits. This is ideal for routine maintenance when no major changes have been made to your system.
Level 2 Inspection – A more detailed examination that includes all Level 1 checks plus video scanning of the flue interior, attic, crawlspace, and roofline components. This level is required when selling a home, transferring property, after a chimney fire, or when changes have been made to the system.
Level 3 Inspection – A comprehensive inspection that may require removing sections of the chimney or surrounding structure to access concealed areas. This is performed when serious hazards are suspected and ensures every component of the system can be safely evaluated.
